The training curriculum aligns with ISO standards 13053 and 18404 and includes additional content to meet the needs of the automotive sector which uniquely has high levels of volume, complexity and cost.
We developed this unique set of award-winning materials which blends the very best of Toyota’s existing methods with world-class tools for Problem Solving and Process Improvement. The programme includes coaching on completion of Toyota’s 8-box A3 template. It also incorporates coaching skills for Black Belts so that they are able to support their Green Belts and enhance the Continuous Improvement infrastructure of their business.

All delegates must complete a project as part of the programme and this not only delivers improvements in KPIs, it also develops capability and confidence.

Training material is provided by JLR and based around the DMAIC methodology. It includes a comprehensive range of tools and guidance on completion of JLR’s Standardised Problem Definition (SPD) template and “6 Panel” reporting Format.

Capella are delivering the Business Improvement L4 programme to a cohort of 12 staff at our Barnard Castle site.
