We work with our clients to deeply understand their needs and requirements using a PDCA approach (Plan, Do, Check, Act)

1. We start by asking questions, to understand our clients and their requirements

Future State:

- What are the top-level aims of the programme?

- How do these relate to business strategy?

- What are the expected benefits and key measures of success?

- Who are the key stakeholders?

Using the RACI model, we identify who is Responsible, who is ultimately Accountable, and who needs to be Consulted and Informed on a regular basis.

Current State:
- What's been done before?

- What already exists in terms of Continuous Improvement activities?

- What worked well and what didn't?

 Enablers and Risks:
- What are the key enablers for success?

- What could go wrong?

2. We then develop programmes that fully meet our clients' requirements


Working collaboratively with our clients to carefully design the right solution.

These solutions aim to meet the needs of individuals, as well as the client's organisation.

3. We agree realistic, but challenging targets, with robust plans for delivery


Checking with the client at every stage to ensure that, as a minimum, we're meeting their expectations...

but always aiming to  exceed their expectations.



4. We communicate regularly with each stakeholder


Regular programme reviews with each client, provide an update on progress and key milestones.

We also provide a business review update, for each client, every 6 to 12 months, to focus on strategic opportunities.

5. We monitor and manage delivery against client requirements


This includes managing risks, using our risk assessment tools, and evaluating results.

We drive change by sharing learning and best practice


Driving change by looking for ways to help our clients continuously improve, sharing learning and best practice.
