  • Launched an in-house Level 4 Improvement Apprenticeship programme for Babcock Marine and Warships and enrolled delegates onto Level 5 and Level 6 programmes to build Continuous Improvement  infrastructure
  • Delivered open Improvement Apprenticeship programmes at all levels to a broad range of employers including Organon, Kerry Foods, Lear, McLaren, United Caps, BP, Rolls Royce, Spec Savers, ABP Beef and Pirelli Tyres, resulting in excellent outcomes for learners and employers

  • Developed and delivered a bespoke multi-layered Design for Six Sigma programme at Shanghai Automotive in conjunction with IEG to build global capability
