Within a very short space of time we’ve replaced all face-to-face training with shorter, remote sessions and we’re getting really good feedback. We’re even continuing to work with furloughed learners so they’ll be in the best position to navigate uncharted waters. Problem Solving and Process improvement skills will be even more critical in the future. We’re redoubling our efforts to support employers and collaborate with others to deliver excellent outcomes for all. An enormous thank you goes to the Capella team, learners who’ve embraced the changes and employers who’ve continued to place their trust in us. You should all be massively proud of what’s been achieved.
