Celebrating Apprenticeship Success
We were celebrating Apprenticeship success with several of our clients and their learners in June. Capella held 3 closing events with learners, their managers and senior leaders from Brose, BWI Group, Fidelity, Magna, Sertec, Travelodge, and Wilko to formally recognise their achievements.

- Converted all programmes to enable 100% remote-delivery including EPA
- Awards: Quality Organisation of the Year, Outstanding Achievement Award, BAE Systems Chairman’s Award and judge for Quality System of the Year
- Celebrating Apprenticeship success of 21 delegates on the L4 Improvement Practitioner programme
- 4 delegates completed the L4 Improvement Practitioner with Distinction: Tim Ravenhall (Brose), Hayley Adams (Travelodge), Shamis Akhtar (Fidelity), Kate Harrop (Wilko)
- Celebrating Apprenticeship success of 4 delegates on the L5 Improvement Specialist programme
- 2 delegates completed the L5 Improvement Specialist with Distinction: Dan Eales (Wilko) and Dave Ramsay (Wilko)
